Do you mean like some old school Von Dutch type or something else?

wawro569 10-18-2012 01:45 AM

I think a pair of pinstripes following the hoodlines starting at the sides of the badge on the nose going back might look cool. Kinda like this:

I'll be doing some pinstriping soon, but it will be 1/4". I drew out 10-12 versions on photoshop over my car from different angles and then tried it with painters tape on the car first. It's not alook for everyone, but it works IF you use the lines on the body well, deviation would look like crap.

Not everyone is a great artist, and this is one of those things were it makes a big difference.

I say go with it, but only if it flows with the body lines. As for the matte red racing stripes, I don't think they look right. Because of the contrast it looks like they aren't even laying on the trunk all the way(I'm sure it's just an optical illusion)
