Altrex number plate covers to replace the ones advertising the dealer. Also purchased a bag of 10 microfibre cloths to aid in keeping it clean.

The number plate covers are basic and admittedly acrylic so I'll wait and see how long they last. They were easy to fit and look ok. I had considered buying the ones from Lakin but decided against it due to freight costs (no idea what the cost was though, now that I think about it), and it gave me an excuse to take the car out.

I also use Meguiars, have for years and find the usual 2 step gives me great results. Deep Crystal Polish & HiTech Yellow Wax protects long time. Don't use machine so it takes me about 3-4 hours to do.

Surok 10-10-2012 05:36 AM

Haha I'm going to make my own plate covers out of some security screens we has for laptops at work.. Goes totally black at an angle. LOL

Ben Stef 10-10-2012 07:10 AM

The last and only thing I've bought for my FR-S was/is the Subaru deck lid inside cover. I'm thinking about wheels but I'm probably too cheap to change them out.
