Good to see a few pics of it.
Cant wait to see close up shots of the BRZ Architecture II concept.

MiguelAE86 09-13-2011 04:14 AM

Dissapointment :(
Edit: oh wait there's still the architecture II left :)

lancie 09-13-2011 04:16 AM

Dissapointment + 1

ft86cbx 09-13-2011 04:23 AM

I kinda thinking I should have uploaded these pictures of the BRZ and FT86. Everyones on a downer :)

zigzagz94 09-13-2011 04:29 AM

I knew it was going to be another plexiglass shell so I'm not disappointed.

Subaru is really tring to emphasize their involvement with the mechanical platform and toyota is showing off their styling with the updated orange version of the FT-86II.

I need closer pics so we can compare the geneva plexiglass car to this new BRZ.

VenomRush 09-13-2011 04:31 AM

geeez... were those pics taken by a banana?

Levi 09-13-2011 04:36 AM

WTF ????? The same concept as last time? It better showed a carbon fiber architecture,

tommy 09-13-2011 04:37 AM

That's it?

4agze 09-13-2011 04:42 AM

By adding the clear fiberglass person inside are they showing that driver and passengers will be seated lower? Other than that whats new on that concept? But thanks for the pics man

I have decided to block ft86 news from my life until Spring of next year. Maybe by then a new bit of information will be released.

The architecture employs the totally new 2.0-litre Subaru Boxer engine exclusively designed for the new sports car. In addition to renewing the bore and stroke, by adopting Toyota’s direct injection and port injection technology - "D-4S", it creates higher output and better environmental friendliness to achieve sporty properties best-suited for the new generation sports car.

How do you "renew" bore and stroke? I'm with you guys, there's no point in following this car anymore. I'll just wait until it goes on sale.

ft86cbx 09-13-2011 10:10 AM

Makes you wonder why they even bothered to turn up at the show!

SUB-FT86 09-13-2011 10:14 AM

They could've just skip germany and wait for the japan auto show. They should have given those slots to other concept cars.

Sabastian 09-13-2011 10:49 AM

How is this a surprise to anyone? Didn't you guys see the teaser images that clearly showed an updated glass car? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

serialk11r 09-13-2011 12:33 PM

Oh hey, just noticed, confirmation of "renewed" bore and stroke, as we expected. woo.
