looks very nice.

Sigh-on-Rice 09-14-2012 06:14 PM

I definitely like this better than the OEM one. How much did you pay for it?

Asterisked Accolade 09-14-2012 09:01 PM

I've never been a fan of lip spoilers, but i think it looks better than the OEM one.

Installed Five Axis Spoiler Today

Thanks everyone. I paid 425.00, painting and shipping included along with templates and adhesive promoter and some very detailed install instructions....took it 2 months to get here as they were having problems matching the "white-out" color on their spoilers to the factory color, but they nailed it.

Very nice. Just did mine as well.

whitefrs 09-15-2012 11:55 PM

tnt 09-15-2012 11:58 PM

whitefrs 09-16-2012 12:23 AM

Patience is what it's all about. Just about every attempt at matching has failed and Five:AD had a lot of haters while they were getting it right but in the end, they got it right. Enjoy the spoiler, looks great!
@FRES86 waited too and his is spot on. He lives in PDX too so this one I've seen with my own eyes and it matches perfectly.

Paint matches perfect. I spoke with the folks that painted it and they did in fact say they were having a hard time matching the whiteout. I told them I'm not worried about the time it takes to get it here...I just want it to be right. It was 3 days shy of 3 months when I received it and was well worth the wait.

An individual at the factory told me exactly the same thing, but that they were getting close when I spoke with them. As Digital Assassin indicated: "patience is what its all about". Paience certainly paid off as my spoiler was packed perfectly, no flaws, dry-fit was outstanding, instructions very detailed, etc., and I'm very happy with the results.

Thanks and well said! The dealership I ordered from in NC told me up front it was going to take awhile as they were having problems matching whiteout. I didn't care, I just wanted it right and the guys at the factory were doing there best and when I spoke with them they were up front and honest. You're right, they had a "ton" of haters. They even had a bunch of folks installing them with not a clue on what they were doing and were bitching 5AD out afterwards because of there cluelessness or inability to follow directions.

The auto detailing forum that I'm a member of posted my FRS on their site. Anyone who logs on to their site, see's my car. They switch them out about once a month from member's photos to a thread within the site. I was blown away when they put it up two days ago. If anyone is interested, google or look up Adams Car Care forum. Some of you might see some things you like there. And I'm sure they would step up for Sponsorship on this forum if there was enough interest. Their products are the best and their guarantee and customer service is second to none.
