FT86 in Forza 4
 

Since I have an xbox instead of a PS3, I pay more attention to Forza than Gran Turismo. I saw on their announced car list on the official Forza forums that the ft86 is going to be in Forza 4

If it's anything like Forza 3, they allowed engine swaps and drivetrain swaps.

It's just an assumption at this point. They figured out that some of the announced cars were hidden on the CC disk and ran with it.

The CC edition had some unused car models that could be accessed by hacking but couldn't be used. Some of them were just wheel models. Not all of those cars on the list are confirmed for Forza 4 :iono:.

I just read about this Friday! When Newegg had a deal on preordering Forza 4. I might preorder if they confirm that an accurate version of the 86 will be available, even though I rarely buy new. It probably won't be closer to the real world version eg 180BHP and 3000lbs than the GT5 version though :bellyroll:.

Some of the Forza 3 cars are less than accurate in regards to power. Eg the NC Miata had the Euro engine(160PS at 6.5k) in left hand drive. They did that with several cars. They gave us some of the Euro Fords/Mazdas but then don't include a version of the JDM S12 or S13 hatchback. And I will always miss ECU tuning from NFS :( *sigh*. At least I can engine/drivetrain swap "within the family." :D

Hmm, this is interesting. Do you have anything i could "google" or any way to see more information about this? i'd like to see these models! I'm just bored lol

Oh god no... Don't even pretend you believe this... Scion will hear you. And add 4, 15" sub-woofers and 6 LCD screens to the base $40k model. (The power loss if from the subs sucking up too much electricity from the ignition system...)

No :iono:, I only know of some guy who discovered it. I can't even remember his name. It was on the car confirmation thread on the Forza website.

Edit: and the 100% confirmed list(which is speculation) says no 2010 FT-86, here.

That is one thing that bugged me about GT5, was that they had a good array of cars but forgot a lot of "sick" cars like a 510, DA Integra and the Supra RZ was under the used car section which you can't mod a used car.

Based on all the launch stuff it seems like Grand Turismo might have the cars exclusively...

I hope not, Im a die hard Forza 4 player (GT El Droopo) btw, im so hoping they do like what happend with the volster and just randomly drop it in for FREE!!!! It would be sweet all they would have to do is drop in one of the twins and have aeros to make the other lol

i soo hope they drop it for free too.. so looking forward to driving one of the twins and getting a feel for it :D
