Interest Rate?
Just wondering what was some of the interest rates you guys were able to get on your BRZs?
I'm interested as well.
Well, I think 1.9 is the lowest through Scion or Subaru...so you might as well just ask who here has shitty or good credit instead. :)
there was a topic about this, and a bunch of people were getting mid to high 1s for finance rates. cant remember if it was this forum or the brz one.

pfft our rate is 9-11%

Just got the 1.49% from PenFed for 60 months. From talking with the reps it sounds like it'll only be through August. Max loan amount appears to be up to MSRP + 10% (to cover taxes, etc.).
Not a BRZ/FRS but I got 0.9% for 60 months on a Honda Pilot.
1.9% for me
1.9 thru
TMCC |
1.9% through NASA FCU
1.79% via Navy Federal

I did my original loan through state farm bank.. Was 2.39% for 60 with free gap insurance.
I just filled out an online app for PenFed to refinance to their current rate of 1.49%. Will save me $30 a month. I was worried that I would have a problem with valuation of the collateral. I borrrowed almost $27,000 for my original loan and have only made a couple payments. My payoff is $25,700. My fear was that they would value the vehicle as used and only say it's worth like $23k or something. Turns out they value the car at $25,495. So I only have to send $200 of my own money to payoff the statefarm loan. Love the high resale on the BRZ so far!!! |
1.89% through Subaru
So it looks like mid to high 1% area...... Cause alot of online stuff was saying 2.9% which I thought was a bit high. I wonder if anyone can get at 0.9% even with fantastic credit lol

do dealerships normally try to get you the best rate, or do you have to play games with them to get the best rate?
