Please and thanks.

ZC6BRZ 08-17-2012 12:56 AM

they look better than the two-tone. Probably also all siver.

QFry 08-17-2012 01:21 AM

I think an all silver alloy color would look good...or an all black (w/ Gloss) but for an Argento...Stock is better than both (I am Biased towards Argento of course)

jadewbj 08-17-2012 11:20 AM

Saw this where the owner powdercoated them all silver. Unfortunately they are small pics.

No personal experience on wheels.

I assume, 2 months would be the lifetime.
I'm going black on the stock wheels with Plasti.

This guy did. >http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...nt=5:thumbsup:

There is a plastidip glossifier that you can buy online. Spray however many coats of white (or whatever color you want) and then 1-2 coats of glossifier on top

Wow. I like the all silver look. May have to do mine this winter. Then slap a set of 225's on them. May beat buying all new rims. Thanks for the pics. Its a big help

Im not a fan of white plastidip... so hard to keep clean.. I pearled mine for a year but it just never looked good , couldnt keep them clean

MisterSheep 09-11-2015 03:37 PM

I plasti-dipped my wheels white on my red 300zx, I like the red with white contrast but with our stock rims I think they'd just look off. I'm happy with my stock rims actually. They are one of the few rims I look at and don't need to pick up a new set immediately. They have a nice graphite paint scheme as well with the silver. Why ruin it with cheap looking plasti-dip?

I've seen the stock wheels painted Bronze with autodip and they looked insanely good! I'll probably consider a gloss black autodip for mine.
