Black Toyota badges

Not really sure where this would go but I’m looking for black Toyota badges for the frs. Can’t find them anywhere. Let me know if you know of a credible source to get these. Thanks

You can also remove them and paint them yourself. Just throwing another options out there!

If you are creative enough you can do it by removing the logo and buying black paint. I don't know if it is just me who notice that a lot of car enthusiast nowadays are not a fan of chrome anymore.

You're absolutely right. I don't know why they keep putting chrome on cars, especially on "luxury" trims. I like the blacked out version or simple de-badged. I guess it still appeals to certain masses.

Can buy them off ebay easily, I bought mine from there and they look great and have held up no issue.

Can also get black 86 badge kits that include the logos, side chrome 86 pieces and rear 86 badging

Wouldn't suggest those for OP, they look like they're for the 2017+ models which have different badge sizing to the pre-facelift. Also $65 USD for two badges??? can get them way cheaper elsewhere.

Full 86 glossblack set- https://www.ebay.com/itm/Set-Gloss-B...UAAOSwyhNdB9PT

full 86 matteblack set- https://www.ebay.com/itm/Set-Matte-B...AAAOSwd3NdB9K6

They look like the same badging manufacturer as the ones I bought locally, and the moulding/ paint is good just know it's obviously plastic so won't have the same weight as the OEM badging, not like anyone goes out of their way to touch the badges anyway

Amazon has several shade of black to choose from.
Now, try finding bronze ones that are actually in stock someplace.

First order and no issues whatsoever. Was recommended by another owner as mine started to peel after trying to paint them myself.
Order placed over a weekend, shipping number supplied on the monday and arrived yesterday, so just over a week. You even get a free air freshener :happyanim:

Plastidip is another solution. This will allow you to go back to stock look easily any time you want.

I bought my Subaru/BRZ ones from Alibaba for like 5 bucks from China. They've been on my car for almost 3 years now without any issues. No chipping, no paint fade, etc. Matte black.

No reason to buy the official OEM ones for 10x or more, and I'm usually an OEM person

Why not just buy a black one and paint it yourself? Badges are so small it’d be hard for anyone to not produce a decent looking outcome

Could just paint the ones on it but it won’t look as good as the ones that are actually bronze coloured material. Not like I am in a rush since I will have the car a while.

They honestly should of colour matched the hakone wheels onto chrome badges from factory

Just ordered some Grazio & Co emblems. I tried some black ones made by a US vendor, it was injection molded plastic, looked very cheap so I sent them back.
