Front looks too generic for me

Is the BRZ’s front bumper based on something or is it pure speculation?

I like the front fenders (very RC-F).

With this angle, the rear quarter is reminiscent of the Genesis Coupe.

I believe it's pure speculation, there has been nothing released that would indicate that front bumper design.

the bumper difference is almost exactly like the difference between the last generation Corolla base/LE and the Corolla S lol.

Took me a while to appreciate the brz 'stache. Embraced it with the '17 refresh. Would be nice if Subaru will go in a diff direction tho

I don't think that render looks very accurate, the others seemed to capture the changes much better.

kinda reminds me of this without the odd looking Supra nose.

i still like the white one better. the headlights on the red one looks super dated. also not a big fan of the 3D CG look.

Looks like the Tom's Racing Front Bumper with the mustache/mouthpiece added on, and the fog light inserts shifted in the opposite direction.

I hope the tail lights have a different design, I’m getting way too much Hyundai vibe from those. I would like to see a circle incorporated into the design like the current tails.

lol still don't see any "hyundai"..i see another iteration of c-shape lights that pretty much all japanese makers have moved towards.

so i assume these are actual leaks from caradvice? sure looks like it, too clean to be amateur rendering. i'm a fan, body lines remain simple letting the shape of the car be the star

Maybe it’s a combination of the tail lights and the bar running across the trunk. I know those are common design elements, but it looks too generic cut and paste to me. [emoji2373] I don’t think it looks bad, just not very 86/BRZ.
