New England Subaru Allocations arrived at port today
 

If you were waiting on your BRZ and ordered from a New England dealership you just may find out the ship arrived at the Davisville Port in RI where all NE Subarus are transported.

WOOHOO! More BRZ/FR-S's = more friends to be made!

The ship arrived on 8/4. Usually it takes 5-10 days to unload, inspect, and process the cars for shipping.

The next ship will be arriving on 8/17. Hopefully more BRZ's at that point.

I remember when the first NE ship arrived on May 30th. Alot of dealers had their cars by 6/4 6/5

If anybody is looking there's 2 brz available where I bought mine. Atlantic Subaru in Cape Cod. A new 6mt limited and a used 6at limited.

I'm surprised to see a used one already. The price they're asking for it is a little silly, though.

The car is in high demand, also being an AT it is probably the demo model which is why it's used.

Or maybe the owner realized how dumb he was for buying an Automatic and traded it in for a Manual :P

It's definitely not a demo model, because I've been scouring dealerships (including Atlantic) for that color/trim/trans for a couple of months. I wonder why the owner brought it back... the MT swap is as good a theory as any, I suppose.

The owner traded it in for a Porsche 911. I'm friends with the sales manager and talked to him yesterday.

My BRZ will be arriving at the dealership tomorrow or Friday !!!!!!

In other news, if there's anyone else in NE still waiting for an automatic, don't bother. Three separate dealerships have said that there will be no more automatics coming into SNE during 2012. The dealer I was originally working with apparently didn't get the memo, or care to share it with me, but they did confirm that there will be no automatics in the shipment arriving around 9/1/12.

I'm pretty sure it was still there as of yesterday (8/14). That's the first GBS I've seen in person.

It's not the same one. Same car, different VIN#. Dammit, stop ordering GBS's! I'm getting jealous :(

When did you buy yours. I purchased my GBS MT Limited on June 15 from Atlantic Subaru.

Oops it was June 6th. I don't know where I got the 14th from.

When I bought mine there were 3 available, all MT Limited, GBS (mine), CBS, and WRB. Mine was in the showroom next to the owners Ferrari. I was on an extended weekend vacation visiting my in-laws on the Cape. I had it delivered by truck to my house in the north Atlanta burbs.
