2017 grill???

What’s up everybody! I’ve been looking everywhere for a decent looking grill for my 2017 860. I’ve tried making one from craft mesh and quite frankly it belonged on a 16 year olds shitty Honda. If anyone has any info, please share! Thanks in advance!

Lots. Not many change the grill though.

PetrolioBenzina 02-16-2019 09:43 PM

The grill is not the problem, it is the whole front end. You are the only person I've ever seen interested in changing just the grill. What do you think is wrong with it?

StraightOuttaCanadaEh 02-16-2019 09:48 PM

I thought about it but seeing as how there aren't any options offered, not much I can do

I think the only '17s changing the grille are BRZs, haven't seen anyone do it on an 86. A few of us with a '17 BRZ went with a mesh grille, though the front end is somewhat different. Some pics in another thread if you want to take a look:

That's too Toyota for a BRZ... IMHO

I didn't know there was a Lexus version of the twins.

There's an Aston-Martin as well.

OP never did say why he wants to change the grill.

Still sorta odd to me how far off the deep end he went to become the role.

And I was disappointed in how little they showed of that Infinity-based kit car

Dfrench 02-18-2019 08:41 AM

I say because it’s not a good look overall, I think the black grill itself would be fine but the weird section at the top makes it cumbersome imo.
