FRS Wheels on Corolla

My little brother found a use for the OEM wheels. :bonk:

He had to use a spacer in the front.

He considers it an upgrade to his stock wheels.

I don't know how I feel about them since I never liked them in the first place.

They look good on the corolla in that color. Should get some Toyota center caps for them.

i would have to agree with your little brother and say they definitley look better than the stockers haha

That's actually a pretty good looking wheel for that car, especially in that color. Good on him.

Mo707 07-31-2012 08:31 AM

jarviz 07-31-2012 09:27 AM

HAHAHAHA makes the corolla look 20x meaner

sidnacious 07-31-2012 04:56 PM

HAHA nice, I wanna see the stockers on a Matrix next.

Mr.Jay 07-31-2012 05:06 PM

better than stockies but still terrible

I was thinking you mean FRS rims on a ae86 haha

Mini-Jetta!

The stock wheels for the FRS remind me a lot of Konig's notorious black/chrome style.

I (personally)really find that look distasteful. But, I think that if you were to paint those wheels for your little brother, he'd end up liking them even more. I've seen on this forum just how good they can look with a coat of nice paint.

someone should start a thread about other cars with frs/brz wheels. lol

I used a 3mm spacer to clear the caliper bracket on my Matix XRS.
If you go more than 5mm you"ll need to use new hub studs.

My boss want my stockers for his Prius.

If their collecting dust like the set I picked up why not put some cash in your pocket. Prius will need this spacer I believe: http://www.titanwheelaccessories.com/35100561.aspx

Just looking for some info. Without spacers, do you know if it would need hub centric rings to fit it do they have the same hub size? Cause I'm thinking of just grinding a bit of meat off my gf caliper bracket to fit them rather than spacers. Was wondering if anyone knew really.
Thanks.

the hub size is slightly different i think. the frs wheel has a sliiiiiightly larger hub bore size. i put my stock wheels on my gf's tc which i think is the same specs as the corolla/matrix above. the fronts needed a 3mm spacer, rears fit fine. hub on the car was just a tiny bit smaller than wheel.

Put mine on my daugters xD. Used 15mm bolt on spacers, looks really good. Way better in person than in this photo:

What size spacer do I need to put my stock rims on my wife's 2013 corolla? I can not find the info.

The86Minister 02-19-2017 06:02 PM

My stockers are just laying around in my storage for no use.
Unfortunately my winter car (Corolla E11) has 4x100...
