Thanks for the input. I have asked for quote from them. But I see very mixed reviews on them here:

http://www.yelp.com/biz/executive-tint-houston-2

And I didn't like this part of a review.
"The most deceiving part, they give discount if you write good reviews. Paid review - they might as well write it themselves. If you see a 4 star or 5 star review, chances are, its not authentic."

What is a reasonable price for a clear bra job for front, partly the hood and the mirrors?

I have found a lot of good reviews on a guy named Steve Perez at Drivers Source on Memorial Drive. I will try him. The prize is $495 and it takes 2 hrs.

I did mine with Steve. He is super good. He stands by his work; saw some bubbles later and he was happy to fix it.

Where did you read those reviews? I have been searching for some on Google, and all I could find was 3 reviews on google, and a few more on yelp. I am also interested on a clear bra, since I am already receiving road chips to the front of the car.

Hopefully I'll be able to check out your ride tomorrow.

If you google the guy and clear bra, you find recommendations on different car forums. Rennfast, 6 speedonline, etc. I am waiting for him to finish my car right now.

I am coming to C&C tomorrow. You can see it there.

I got the clear bra today at Drivers Source. Very happy with the job so far. I found one little air bubble so far, but they have done a very nice job. The bra takes a couple of days to settle. See pictures below. I have tried to take pictures from the worst angles to be able to see it. It is more or less invisible. Look at the details around the mirror and reflector.

Yes, the whole front, half hood and mirrors. I think they use something called Invisishield, but I am not 100 % sure. You can call them and ask. Anyway, I am very happy with the work they did. 5 years warrenty.

Thanks for the info, looking to get mine done this coming week.
Can you request Steve perform the install?

Also they asked if I wanted the 3m Scotchguard or something else (**cant remember but starts with letter A)

Which one did you get? Also how does it hold against the track environment?

Whoever did it did an excellent job. Go over it afterwards with them. If you are not happy they will probably redo that part. My system is called Invisishield. I have no chips in the paint after 11000 miles and a couple of track weekends.

Does someone have a recommendation for Webster/ Nasa/ Clear Lake City area for the clear bra instal? Picking my FR-S up today. I would like to have it done. Also should I do half hood or the whole hood?

NIN69 05-18-2014 07:58 AM

I had clear bra install Invisiashield at Drivers Source on Memorial. It is worth the drive. Happy with the work, great price, and very professional.
