Can't remember the brand honestly. The company went out of business in like 2015 or so. Parts are quality.

I used it with Ecutek. I'm not sure if it would work with the oft. It should because it just needs a signal but I don't know that for sure.

For what it's worth, I can't see your pictures. Is this the pucked stage 2 clutch, or the full face stage 2? I've seen both floating around.
