Hi guys for those who have preordered GTS manuals can you please post on here when you preordered and if you have received your car or when your current eta is please ? If you have a copy of your contract please feel free to message me.

ordered mine 23rd june, white gts manual. got told september build/oct delivery. - Prob will be delivered in nov/dec. but here's hoping it'll be oct !

3 days after official launch, $500 deposit for a Thunder silver 86 GTS manual in Perth with ETA of late October/early Jan delivery.

Why do you ask? Not that anyone is averse to sharing but asking for contract details is an interesting thing

June 5th order, sep/oct build/delivery... why do we need to give you our contract details,, no way in hell anyone is going to give this to you..

Would be good to explain your situation too. rather than just collect everyone elses info.

Yeah sorry guys just building up some evidence for my dummy spit. Seems to be quite a few differences between orders and car delivery. Some people ordered in March and have their cars already. I ordered March and it's been delayed again to Sep build Oct delivery. Worst part is I was told July/Aug when ordered.
With the contract details it was more for proof. You can whiteout personal information.

Preordered 23rd March, 2012.
Received car 5th July, 2012.

Dummy spit to your dealer won't help.

Toyota fucked the pre-order and allocations. Seems they dont really care about the customers who are devoted to the 86.

I will never forgive Toyota for this.

Most dealer don't worry about u wanna cancel ur contract due to the car was not deliver within 30 days of the promised date as heaps of people willing to take your place......some people got it early as the dealer they placed the order from got the exact spec allocation match what they want.....perhaps your is build to order.

Btw, ordered on the 6th june, was told sep build n oct delivery, now seems like oct build nov delivery, or next year? stupid TOYOTA......

Yeah well I did put a date they had to deliver the car by, so I will have an out of my contract. But that won't help me getting a car. I'm probably looking at putting a more official complaint to Toyota, it's not the dealers fault I guess.
But there seems to be some wildly different deliveries times for preorders

Ordered 21st June, was told September build, october delivery.. I went in last week to confirm my delivery.. They said October build, November delivery..

Btw my batch number doesn't work when I try to check it on the Toyota website
Did anyone else have any troubles logging on?

Ordered 5th June Blue GTS was told mid july delivery then august then september now expecting car in late october........online tracking still says production date to be confirmed

June 21st.....February 2013!!!! Aparently #12 in line at dealer. Its a long time till then.

Ordered June 30. October build, Nov/Dec ETA.

Ordered march 1st inline, September build, October delivery may be......

ordered orange GTS manual on the 23rd June, told it will probably be feb delivery

July 6th order and told late Jan 2013 for my Orange GTS Manual. Not looking good by all accounts, but willing to be pleasantly surprised :)

Where abouts in aus are u bro? I ordered in a wa dealership in march on the 10th and was supposed to collect my car last week, however they ordered a gt so ive been pushed back till sept too, curious where you are..

Did you order a GTS originally and then they mistakenly ordered a GT? How can a dealership possibly make that kind of mistake? Im in awe.

Sounds fishy, perhaps y:iono:our GTS order was "accidentley" reallocated?:iono:

That's not right. How'd your dealership break the news to you? I'd expect them to package some extras for such a big mess up like that.

I'd also ask them to see the original "GT" order they submitted.

I was promised around Sept build/Oct delivery (not guaranteed and not really expecting it). I've requested what position I am in and roughly how many they're getting in per week at the dealer and they havn't bothered to get back to me. Kinda need to know so I can get a better gustimation. Need to sell my damn car, but I need a car.

Yeah I'm I'm Perth too. Sounds like you got a rough deal ! What are they doing to fix that ?

Hope date on contract is only to prevent breaking of contract if not delivered within 30 days of contacted date

Ordered June 9th for November build, December arrival. 3rd GTS order at dealership. Can't believe some people being told three months after ordering two weeks ago.

Ordered 17th July, should have it before January 2014.

GTS MT Ordered at the start of March this year, received on the 27th of June.

i ordered on the 20th of june and was told 3 month wait, however im getting a vibe that i wont be getting it this year

Same story. June 10th (i think) Grey GTS. Offered July delivery.... Production date still to be confirmed.

Ordered June 5th, told september delivery, then pushed back to october delivery. Online tracking doesn't even have a production date yet.

Sidebar; I was offered a Black GTS MT + Areo for July delivery when I put down my deposit, Im almost regretting not taking that now, but I didnt want black or Aero.

So looks like I'm not the only one that has preorder and not yet received a car. The most annoying part is when I put my preorder in, I would have gone to a different dealership and I would of had a car now. After given 2 delays in consecutive months it's too late to change!

It's all luck due to stupid Toyota system.......read this somewhere, some dude got lucky as someone cancel order, ordered last week and this month end delivery........GTS MT.
