5 Axis Spoiler Arrived!- Just need a car....
 

I am slowly gathering parts for my GTS 86 and now I have custom number plates and holders, Perrin Shift Rod Bushing for the Gear Box, Stainless Steel SRT exhaust on the way any day and no car in Sight. Same for allot of people here I guess, collecting parts getting ready to mod instantly.

I hope to get my car in september October but reading the new letter out from Toyota here on the forum I hope it doesn't get pushed back at all. At the moment I hope I just get a car full stop.

A friend of mine has had a Golf R on order for a few months only to be told they are not making it anymore and want the production line for another car and promptly refunded his deposit. He was pretty pissed to say the least.

Any way here are a few picks of my unpainted spoiler and just wanted to thank Blake in particular from Toyotapartsoutlet for getting this thing all the way to Australia! Excellent customer service! Love your work.! :thumbup:

How much do these things cost? I am shocked by how cheap it looks from underneath.

How does it attach to the trunk? Screw in or double sided tape?

This one is just tape (included) no holes in the car!

I am getting quite a few PM about this so I paid $361 unpainted including shipping. i hope to get it painted for around $150, may be better.

Dont be fooled by the images, this is quite sturdy construction, its like a white resin, not like plastic or fibre Glass. I am very happy with it.

Wow! Still, that has to be a humongously massive markup for such a simple manufacturing process and materials. Usually prices like that include rear brake lighting.

Well, it will look cool.

The shipping was $150 alone.....If you want mark up , our gts 86 spec is nearly $40,000 on road here in Australia and our dollar is the same value as yours. But we still think that was a good price for us of course.....we were expecting more!

My 5AD spoiler was only $500 shipped, painted, and dealer installed.

Sometimes Americans forget how lucky we are with car and fuel prices compared to other 1st world nations.

$425 shipped and I doubt the dealer would install for less than $100. Sounds like I still got the better deal.

You'll be able to see one in person soon. Mine should be here, hopefully, within a week at the most at this point. FiveAxis has had my money for almost a month now, they just haven't finished silver.

You and me both man. Next week makes a month since I put down cash... FiveAxis runs a shitty business model. I'm not buying anything else from them at this point, and once TRD is more readily available I'm gonna recommend others take that route.
