is this a genuine rs1?
Found this on autotrader...Looks like the RS1 and says RS1 but why does this one have a regular front end?

btw the side skirts for the genuine trd are $400 for the pair. so an RS1 side skirt for ONE SIDE is almost quadruple the price of TWO trd side skirts.

I'd definitely have the car checked out to see if it's been wrecked. Check the Hood, Trunk, Door and Fenders to make sure the Serial Numbers Match. Seats are original, can't tell the gauges (Orig has a Carbon Fiber look) and the shift knob has been swapped out.

I've seen this car, the owner sold off all of the parts before selling it. He was a member on the Texas FRS/BRZ Facebook page. Not sure why all the parts were sold but it's a genuine RS1.0 with pretty high mileage. He was laughed at for posting it for sale at the price he did with all the missing parts.

Another thing to check prior to purchase: make sure the headlights are OEM RS/Monogram with original OEM bulbs and ballasts (most likely Denso/Koito ballasts with Phillips D2S or D4S bulbs.)
Would hate to buy an RS only to find out the headlights were swapped for cheap Winjets painted like OEM and using some crappy Chinese PNP HID kit or the dim H7 halogen bulbs they stuff in there from the factory. |

This is a collector type car and i am in no hurry. If someone wants it then i sale. If not i keep. Pretty simple.
