Recently moved to Augusta with my WRB BRZ. I've seen at least one hyper blue (maybe you:cheers:) and a guy who lives near me has a black 2017 BRZ. I think I saw the hyper blue BRZ in a parking lot in the medical college last month.

I got excited that it could've been me, but I haven't had mine a month and have no business at the medical college :( . Glad someone else in town is on the forums and welcome to (Dis)'Gusta!

Dang, haven't had it for a month? That sucks. Have you found any good twisty roads in the area? I've been driving through SC around highway 230 and Woodlawn road when I want something more scenic than downtown Augusta.

Yeah I got mine 2 weeks ago.

I enjoy riding around Clarks Hill lake, (Lake Thurmond on the SC side) went down to the dam for a photo opp, nice narrow twisty roads around there. Kind of a drive tho. Really have to get out of the city if you're looking for scenic. Rode through part of Aiken, SC today, some scenic roads, horse country. But 45 minutes outta town.

Oh gotcha. I thought you meant you hadn't had it for the past month because of an accident or something. Should've read more closely haha.. That's an awesome shot though. I'll have to check that out. Let me know if you want another BRZ to hit the back roads with or need an extra sent of hands for a mod install. Other than my dash cam and radar detector mine is all stock, but I have a header on order :thumbup:

I'm all stock too, with plans to go dome variation of FI, with supporting mods, so I might take ya up on the 2nd pair of hands. And consider that invitation bidirectional. I'd love to help out if needed.

Yeah, its the parking lot in the back of my apartment building in downtown Augusta. I appreciate the offer for install help. I'll be sure to let you know when the header comes in! I'm currently debating whether to add a ceramic coating from performance coating in Atlanta.

Really can't go wrong with coating. Any and all heat removal is a plus. And yeah I recognized those apartments as new ones by the hospital(s).

Could be, but I haven't devoted the time to looking into it.
Plus I don't do Facebook or anything and that's not helping my case haha.
There probably are clubs, but I wouldn't bet on their quality.

I have never done any car work. I'm putting headers + over pipe and Cat Back Exhaust on my car next weekish. Its all bolt on. I could probably do it, but peace of mind tells me to have it done at a shop lol.

I know what you mean. My catback was the first time I've done an exhaust mod of any type. Went pretty well in my opinion, took a while but I don't work on cars for a living so I expected that. I've got headers/over pipe in the mail, that will also be a first time project. YouTube is your friend.

Very true. What Headers/overpipe and CBE? I also just acquired an Open Flash Tablet as well.

Nice I just got EcuTek, cable/dongle only (for future tune). But I went with Tomei UEL headers, Tomei over pipe and Perrin 2.5" resonated CBE.
What did you go with?

Open flash headers v3 with over pipe and 2.5 Perrin Resonated CBE. I considered Tomei and Groupe-S ended up going with OFH because of the Open Flash Tablet specific tune. I'd love to hear what yours sound like. I'm waiting to find out exactly when I'll get the OFH if its over two weeks I might switch to Tomei or Groupe-S still.

Id love to hear it when you get the headers installed. I've heard just Perrin 2.5 and it sounds great. Headers are just going to make it so much better
