Crease in body panel help?!?!?
1 Attachment(s)
Hi Guys,
I am looking to buy an 86. It is immaculate apart from a thin crease on the passenger side front fender. The crease is about 100mm long and sits just above the curve of the fender. Its a pretty sharp indentation and I'm wondering what I would have to do to fix it if I was to buy the car. You can see the change in light reflection in the image below. Thanks Attachment 143711 |
I believe paintless dent repair service can fix that, someone will probably come along and correct me if I'm wrong.
On second thought, might be way too big for PDR fix.... See if you can get a discount off the sale price, btw. :D |

PDR LOOKS so easy. After watching many videos and reading up on PDR technique I added a basic kit to my Christmas wish list. Will see how this goes in the spring |

AND NO ...... you can't practice your PDR moves on my car's three little dents .... :confused0068: However, I'm will in to send you a piece of foil, with a dent in it, so you can show your moves on a simulated FR-S's body..... :D I suggest you practice on @Cole 's car ...... humfrz |

Knee surgery looks pretty simple in a Youtube video as well, but I don't think I'm gonna try it myself. |

Just get a small crowbar, a rubber mallet, piece of 2x4, a small section of a railroad rail and just go tap-tap-tap ........ :iono: humfrz |
