iGarage in Markham

as the title above, Im about to take my FRS there to change my transmission oil and rear dif.

I usually work on my car but due to having no garage right now and im very nervous about bringing my car to a shop, I read a tons of good reviews about this shop

Has any of the member been to iGarage? if so how was your experience?

I called up and the prices was very reasonable,

$90 for tranny oil and 60 for rear dif, thats including the oil as well.

are they knowledgeable when it come to our cars?

slammedstance 08-26-2016 02:10 PM

Ya pretty good. Those prices r bomb for including oil!!!

The owner drives a Subaru STi, and if I recall, hits the tracks from time to time.
They are pretty good when it comes to pricing - I broke a bolt for my tensioner, and they took it out and replaced it for $80 (was expecting a much worse bill).

The guys who work there are very nice too.

I recommend iGarage as well. Been going to him since I got my first car (few years ago). Good prices and very knowledgeable.

Ivan is one of a handful of mechanics in the Markham area that are good with Subaru, thumbs up!

Got my coilovers installed at iGarage and would definitely recommend them!

I always go to Ivan!!! iGarage is really good. If Ivan is too busy that day, you can also go to PD Motoring in the next building.

+1 from me as well. Been there a couple of times.

plan on going again in a week or so for some regular work.

One time Ivan got so busy he just placed my car at PD to finish the job lol!

He's pretty good, lets you watch as they work and nice to have a chat with. Markham Subaru parts counter knows him as well.

BTW nobody wrote they've had tranny and rear diff oil changed there. I have twice. You just make sure you bring the new crush washers.

Even had them put in an upgraded clutch disc and clutch cover one time. Perfect no issues.

They used to have Subaru Extra-S by the barrel but couldn't get them from the States anymore so they are now using Eneos Gear Oil (which is the exact same thing the Subaru stuff is just a re-badge).
