Any ONE Car In The World? What Would It Be?

A couple rules. This is just YOUR car, forget minivans or trucks to haul campers, well, unless you like that sort of thing.

Other rule, this is your ONE daily driver. If it breaks, loaner for your. One car you would pick to be the best overall for you.

Mine...

Aston Martin Vanquish

Probably doesn't do ANYTHING the best, but it does the most things, very closely.

Ariel Atom.

I know, it's not the most practical DD, especially in Mid-Atlantic climate with occasional snow in winter, hot and humid summers, downpours in June, etc.

But still I am pretty sure I'd love it.

Grocery shopping might be a bit of a hassle, probably would have to bring them home two bags at a time, but that's just even more opportunity to drive the car!

The 230 hp version would be sufficient.

One at the dealer up by me. It has been there for 2 years and they can't seem to give it away.

At $300,000 it may be a slow mover..

I think the only one listed for sale in Canada a while back (in Quebec) from Auto Trader had an asking price of something like 700,000 CD$ It had at most maybe 2000 KM's on it or less.

If there are any for sale in Canada currently they are not showing up anywhere online at the moment. I think there were a total of ten units shipped here.

Can't remember what the buyout was on all the leases after 2 years, but for sure at least $300K US.

It's very cliche but I would have to say the Toyota Supra purely cause it's always been a dream car of mine and even with stupid HP it's still super reliable for being a DD

The one that is(was) sitting up at the dealer by my place has been there a long time. I know they dropped the price on it but have no idea from what to what. Next time I am for service I will ask. You are right though it doesn't show up online so maybe they actually finally moved it.

I think all the Canadian ones were white. It was still parked at dealer 3 weeks ago when I was by there last.

If we can only have 1 car......R35 GTR

-Can drive it year round
-Has a semi-useable trunk
-Reliable enough for DD duties
-I personally love how it looks (especially in their factory blue)
-If you want you can build it for stupid power to roll race anyone on a closed track in mexico because we all know that no one ever races on US freeways.....
-It's not a ferrari or lambo in that you can park it without worrying about someone scratching it or putting their fingerprints on it.
-Annoys all the "R35 isn't a real GTR, only the R32 through R34 are real sports cars" purists
-While the standard maintenance is more expensive than a twin it is not at Ferrari/Lambo service costs

What is this "sufficient" word you use?

The Atom 3S weighs 1300lbs (ours weighs what, 2700lbs-ish?), has 360HP instead of our 200. That's bordering on insanit..er...sufficient. AND, it has VTEC!!!! (I don't know, the kids think that's a good thing...so there it is). Oh, did I mention VTEC and TURBOS???

I am in love, but bad job with the only one car in the world thing! :paddle:

I've never driven the GT4 version. How much better is it than the Cayman S? That was a nice car.

Am I the only one that ever carries groceries or, perhaps a legal pad of paper and pen?

Everyone else must get things delivered for them! :)

My choice can fit at least 4 standard grocery bags and has the ground clearance to drive over small pebbles and leaves

Didn't know your color, but I figured I'd stick a picture on here so it would sink in what this car actually is:

Those would both be sweet! I used to have trucks when I had a waterfall business, but since I don't, I don't need them anymore, and other things are more fun. I love the bluebirds though! Not sure what an sr or rb swap is, but it sounds good!
