Ferrari powered FRS
Ryan Tuerck is doing a crazy build. I dunno if anyone else put it up already but it looks awesome!

that's more than i can afford, Pal.

I thought the synergy v8 was expensive O_o
|
i'll just remove the subaru boxer engine cover and put on a ferrari emblem...much cheaper option

it's ryan tuerck. he'll drift an frs with whatever engine that's in it.
guess the frs is finally a baby ferrari after-all for any non-car peeps that think its a ferrari. :burnrubber: |

@Nevermore are you secretly Ryan Tuerck?
|
This is what happens when you have too much money, and not enough instagram likes.

I have to say...I don't hate this.

Like Harley-Davidson, Ferrari is selling lifestyle more than hardware.
But... Unlike Harley-Davidson, Ferrari hardware makes more power than noise. |

Meh...
I got that beat. Here is a picture of my crew hooking up the lifting hardware to lift this into my engine bay. It wont help me much with drifting, but I'll definitely have the 1/4 mile record: http://www.b14643.de/Spacerockets_2/.../SSME_9big.jpg Bought it surplus from NASA for pennies on the dollar. Makes just about as much sense as putting a $40,000 engine in a car that cost about half that. |

Having samples a V8 Miata, I would love to try out an FRS with some real torque. That furr-ari engine might just fit the bill.
That said, it still lags behind the LSx or Ford Coyote swaps in terms of pure grunt. Might be a case of someone desperate to get rid of the Subbie engine noise. |
Can't wait to hear how this will sound
