if i gave you 25k to buy a car
and it has to be an automatic, which car would you get?
|
That's horrible.
Could I take the cash instead? I'd rather have $15k for a manual than $25 for an automatic. |
noppeee. its gotta be automatic. and u can also use the leftover cash for mods. but its all gotta go to the car >:)
|
for sure I'll look for a DSG transmission like mitsubishi lancer ralliart, just don't know about the price tag of these, everyone I talked to who have dsg on those LIKE it pretty much and won't get a manual transmission back
|
Am I allowed to use that 25k as a downpayment for another car? lol
|
Probably a 93-up Supra. Then I would use the leftover cash to convert to manual. Then I would sell the Supra and buy an FT-86.

25k if I use it as a down I'll use it on a GTR that's a good choice in cars I think, It only comes in Auto lol. and If I'm not allowed for down I wouldn't mind an Auto VW GTI MkVI. My choice are for if I can only use this money on cars 2010 and 2011 years
|
AUTO?? WTF.... I'll Have to keep it oldskool then if its an auto so 64 Chev Impala... If it didnt have to be Auto i would pick something completely different and certainly Japanese..

BMW 335is (I can find a person who can get me a brand new one for about.. 36k with all paperwork. :P)
Screw it, if I'm not going to get my manual I'll go buy a luxery performance. LOL |
My plan is still the best. Shall I PM you my address so you can send the check?

yeah come to think of it, that would be pretty clever. that would be my second choice (after less expensive paddle shifter)...then the rest would be nice easy payments ;) |

After the quote sign on a person's pose theres a little peice of paper with a " mark on it. You click on that (tells the forum that you want that quote and another) then you can click on another person's post with the quote icon and both quotes will be inserted into the typing box. So essentially, " means multi-quote. When you're at your last quote, hit the (quote) icon on the bottom right corner of the post. :) |
I'd get a truck then.
Probably a Ford Super Duty. Diesel all the way! |
Probably a dakota. 5.2 or 4.7. 4wheel drive. Maybe a tundra or ram but I like smaller trucks.
|
why do you ask?

|
i'd get an IS200 with 25k here i'd be able to get a nice clean one with very low kms, that or a supra or rx-7, but they wont be in as good as condition as the IS
|
If it had to be automatic, I guess I'd buy a Mazda 2.

I can actually think of a couple.
Ford SVT Lightning - Buy for 12K, put 3k in the motor and 5k in the suspension, 2k into the exhaust and 3k into wheels, tires, and appearance. Plymouth Road Runner with TorqueFlite Auto (better than the 3-speed stick and cheaper) - Would cost damn near 25k and would be worth every penny. Jeep CJ if used for Rock Crawling - 2k for a hunk of crap and 23k making it worth its while. lol. |
