Greetings Earthlings - 2017 86 Bumper Swap!
 

Ahem, so I was wondering if it is possible that the new 2017 86 bumper and changes can be modified/swapped onto my 15' FR-S except of course *drumroll* the 'SCION' emblems.

In the original thread about the facelift it Moto said it was very very likely to swap right over. But since nothing is in lroduction and finalized nobody can confirm 100%

I hear the new bumper will only fit if you swap to the toyota emblems as well. Structural rigidity, more hella jdm, lots of technical and complicated reasons.

I want those fender garnishes that are basically plain BRZ ones. Sadly Oceanic is a slightly different shade so I would have to get them paint matched too.....Now that I remembered this I'm off to make a WTB thread for 2013 GBS BRZ fender garnishes

We know the BRZ changes were just bolt ons (there are pics of the conversion) and have no reason to not to believe that the FRS ones are not as well. There is little doubt that the main body panels, including the fenders are unchanged.
