I must have picked it up from my driveway when I left the house...I'm surrounded by trees. Had no clue it was there. Oblivious apparently!:iono:

Its nice to see someone who appreciates cars willing to put that extra effort forth for a complete stranger. Good on him!

I couldn't help but smile when he pulled the branch up into the frame. What a nice guy.

themadscientist 03-29-2016 06:10 PM

I do stuff like that a lot. Mostly it's people with popped hoods with the occasional McDonald's bag on the roof.

kev60625 03-29-2016 06:37 PM

I don't get it. What happened? I see the guy pull a branch from the ground, but what would've happened? He would've drove over it? I'm confused

acetothermus 03-29-2016 07:39 PM

Holy shit...that dude just restored a tiny piece of my faith in humanity. We totally need more people like that.

Where was this? You see none of this in AZ, just old angry snowbirds and stuck up college kids

Columbia, Maryland...but if I had to venture a guess...he wasn't a local...sounded like a southern Pennsylvania (York/Lancaster area) accent.

he sounded like him. nice guy!

fumanchu1 04-01-2016 05:31 PM

I had a cone stuck under my SUV this winter... people just laughed (this one guy told me about it after maybe 30 mins of me driving :( )

Joyride86 04-01-2016 05:43 PM

I tried to be nice and offered a lady a ride when we got the snowstorm this year. It was really coming down and she had a relatively thin jacket. She turns around and gives me a dirty look, says no and walks away.

Sad that this is how society typically is now. They think the worst first before they think someone would help them out of the sheer goodness of their heart. Just glad there are still good people out there.

Your license plate is bird turd?

I stopped a guy in a 370Z in the Bronx about a year ago so he could pull a plastic bag that had stuck to his grill off. It was covering almost the entire thing blocking all air flow. At first he got kinda weird but when I put my car in front of his and made him get out he was so grateful. Of course blocking morning traffic on a busy street in the Bronx pissed off all sortsa other people but whatever, F 'em.
