Free beer and money for helping me!
 

I'm willing to give free beer and pay someone in the SoCal load Angeles area to help me bake and black out my headlights. If something goes wrong I'm not going to hold it against you or make you pay for my new headlights but I might take my beer back. I was seeing somewhere else on the forum about a DIY day where some owners meet up and knock out a few projects on everyones cars but that was in torrance and im in santa clarita so i wasnt really planning on driving to where I bought the car to do some projects... maybe we could find like a halfway point or somewhere closer at least lol

I was just offering to pay someone to bake my headlights and paint them. But then it turned into this whole beer and back rubs thing. But hey, if it gets my headlights baked I guess i just gotta deal with it lol

Heat gun worked better for me than baking when I had my Yaris. I can control the heat better and start separating the housing from the lens section/inch by section/inch at a time. Made it much quicker.

I can help you... I have no experience of opening frs headlights.. but i have baked about 5 honda headlights and painted 1..

Hey dude I'm in the valley, I would like to black out my headlights as well. If you haven't done yours yet would you be willing to let me join in on the fun? ... I could bring beer and paint etc (not sure exactly what supplies I would need)
