Pictures of your Work

Lets see some photos from yalls jobs! the 9-5 jail sentence that everyone voluntarily signs up for.
I want to see photos of the small forts on office desks to the uphill both ways to the job sites.

Don't have to announce what you do.

Not my picture, but this is part of my job. I'm not a labourer though. I make sure the pipe doesn't rust. I get to stay clean and in my truck for 8 or 9 hours of a 10 or 12 hour shift most of the time on construction jobs.

Then, installing, maintaining and trouble these are another big part of my job. Usually spend 5 hours in my truck, then work on these for another 5 or 6

And, the biggest part of my job, being on a pipeline right of way, usually in the middle of butt fuck no where. Usually doing this 10-14 hours a day

No, you need to wear fire retardant clothing when working on natural gas or crude oil transmission lines

The third picture is actually in India.

I can not take pictures and show them (and still work there) but found some official company released ones online that are exactly the same as my plants:
Two assembly plants:

Two manufacturing plants (rotors)

A crash test facility (once a month or so)
http://garagewire.co.uk/wp-content/u...gs-400x259.jpg

And for some weird reason this was in the middle of all the factory pics I searched so I am including it anyway even though do not "work" there.

It is illegal to own a beaver as a pet in Canada.

Was it becoming an issue in Canada for your government to pass a law banning pet beaver? Or there was not much going on the political front in Canada that lead to the development of beaver focused policies.

Not really sure what led to the policy. Beaver abuse? Improper care and control of people's beavers? Beaver related environmental issues?

Too much wood for the beavers = environmental issues.

Ultramaroon 03-05-2016 04:52 PM

Hey, no fucking politics.

That could be it. You need to have enough wood to fill the beavers or the get angry and start snapping. Once that starts happening then even stroking them with your hand will not sooth them.

This is your next weather satellite - JPSS-1 in our cleanroom at work.
I am one of the "drivers".

Many of the connectors you see are 105 pins.
My job is to verify every single signal on every wire before plugging it in.

@Tcoat glad you didn't leave us. I can't see that pic, and not sure if I want to...

Good luck with it. Took my wife 3 months to recover from her surgery.

I stepped in as a seasonal helper 10 years ago when I was between regular jobs. You guys do not slack at all. I was impressed and humbled.
