Thanks I needed that!

I wonder if all the people saying the stereo sounds bad had incorrect car type settings in the unit.

Interesting.. are the menus in arabic rather than english? perhaps language was an issue in choosing a different manufacturer there. What brand is it?

stalon320 06-28-2012 10:43 PM

Thanks! that will help when i get mine.. but will also help me explain it to our customers who pick up their FR-S from us..

Now go throw in an 8 inch bazooka tube and be shocked at how good the stock stereo sounds!

Bonburner 06-29-2012 03:02 AM

Excited - will be tinkering around with that soon!

I hope not because I don't know the first thing about reading Arabic! loL

I'll have to ask the dealer...looks like a random Toyota branded stereo to me, not the Pioneer the USDM cars get :)

sidnacious 07-01-2012 07:26 PM

Thank you! The bass doesn't sounds like crap anymore..

calis5nest 07-04-2012 07:15 PM

tedthechonnom 04-30-2014 10:11 PM

Oh my awesome. The car setting was set for FR-S, but the sub-woofer wasn't on...HUGE improvement.

Thanks OP.
