I wanted to make an archive of people's best dyno run with their configuration.

Please ONLY POST a DYNO (there is no need to comment)

Format:

-Baseline of 108kw = 145 hp. Dyno reads ~15% lower than dynojet. Original & converted dynojet numbers below for comparison.



Stage 1 AVO base map (98 RON, 4.5 psi) vs stock baseline (98 RON). 140 rwkw / 188 whp / 215whp.
*This was from Ross Wilson @ AVO JDM.

that's the most recent tune, i'm not gonna try to get any more until i get a new clutch and the injectors/pump installed. And yes, i know that it's off by a thousand RPM. think the dude had a brain fart with setting up the dyno

Very impressive peak torque number, although I distrust old style Dyno Dynamics dyno runs that aren't done in shootout mode. My experience has been that no matter what you do the GT28/AVO sized turbo will lose some boost at you approach redline. The best you can do is try to minimize it though a boost solenoid.

Interesting that your torque doesn't peak until 6500 RPM. You should have your full 8.8 psi way before then and should be able to make more torque earlier in the RPM range.

In comparison to all the other 57 trim dyno graphs that have been posted, they build max torque around the same RPM range. It seems pretty typical of the turbo.

Can you post examples? I look at my dyno (GT28), David's dyno (AVO), and the Greddy kit up above and see quite a flatter torque curve peaking where full boost is reached and all those turbos are fairy similar to a T3/T4 57 trim. We can take this discussion to the FA20Club thread if you want.

I don't think the physical dimensions have anything to do with it. The AVO kits that were tuned and on the same dyno as the one I posted made more torque and sooner but the one I posted made more horsepower than both of them.
