Massive 2014 BRZ Part Out
Hey guys, I've got an extensive list of parts that I'm looking to part out from my 2014 BRZ. The time has come for me to move onto a more practical daily and my '69 Mustang needs a motor swap and manual transmission conversion ;).
Bought my car new in 2014 and was a daily driver for the first couple of years (~25k miles). In the last 4 years or so it slowly became a garage queen/weekend cruiser/show car, therefore the majority of the parts have low mileage on them (my car only has about 32k miles currently). These are all the parts that I can remember off the top of my head, but there's likely more that I will find as I move on with the part out process. Not looking for any trades at all unless it's noted with the parts listed for sale, such as some interior pieces I will need. REASONABLE offers may be entertained. Worst I can say is no. Feel free to ask me any questions about the condition or pics any of the parts if you're interested. Any color matched parts are painted 61K Asphalt/Dark Gray Metallic. Parts can be picked up in OXNARD, CA. ENGINE/DRIVETRAIN - Sprintex 210 SPS Stage 2 Intercooled Supercharger with their tuning tablet for their CARB tune. Tablet is pretty much like an OFT. WTB 2015+ FRS/BRZ/86 with an automatic transmission (I know, sorry) as it'll be my only car for a daily commute on the 405...
There are several automatics for sale from dealers and used car lots, but for a car with an enthusiast community like this I feel like private party is the way to go. I would like to do some minor (but pretty standard) modifications to the car. Wheels, coilovers, UEL headers and a tune are on my list, having some of these would be a big plus to me. Since it will be a DD, mods that impact reliability like forced induction are off the table. If you or anyone in the community you know has an automatic and is interested in switching to a manual, that's basically a best case scenario here. I think the FR-S Release Series 2.0 were automatics, and with the good interiors and styling those seem like a good buy. I am out of state at the moment due to COVID-19 but will be looking to purchase when I'm back in state in two months or whenever the hell (who really know at this point). I'm willing to go on a road trip to take a look and am in no hurry to buy. Feel free to PM! - Mark |
