Sup fellas, so I got the open source setup working. Now I notice that in Rom Raider I see no values so that I can log Knock, or any sort of KCA values? Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance.

Romraider logging does not work yet

logging is direct to SD card in tactrix adapter see first post

Thanks, I somehow missed all that. Got what I needed, I read the ROM and assumed I was done. I'll give all this a shot and revert, thanks bud.

Not strictly correct - there is a beta version of RR that logs the standard ODB parameters already.

All the extended params require SD card logging.

That's what I thought because that's the version I tried and it does log a few things but not everything I need. Which is why I asked since I didn't see any parameters for knock. I'm going to give the SD card logging a shot tonight and I'll report back.

Quick question guys. Got it all setup but not working. Which "logcfg" would I need to use if my ROM ID is ZA1JA00C? I keep reading through the end of that first post but maybe I'm just missing something.

Use either of the first two C logcfg files donr use the bo1c stuff it wont work
is your sd card foratted fat 32
make sure logcfg.txt is in root directory
you should get blue led flashing when you plug tactrix to obd port if not it not reading file

if you get logcfg.out it read logcfg.txt if you not getting a logXXX.csv then its not understanding your logcfg.txt file, look in logcfg.out for clues or it not reading obd port correctly ignition musy be fully on

Yes, I formatted it to FAT32. Let me try one of those files, I don't believe I was using any of those.

Tried both of the first C files with no luck. Just keeps doing the rainbow cycle, the OP2 that is. I know for a fact the logcfg file is in the root of the SD card. So can't think of what else can be off?

I just plug the cable in, car off. Put the log cfg file in, crank the car. Press the rear defogger and nothing. When I disconnect it and connect it again i get the logout.txt file. Any ideas?

The tactrix must not be connected to computer for this logging to work . connect it to obd port only, take log, remove then connect to pc to read.

comment out any triggers they are not reliable, with no triggers it will just run any time engine is on

I'm about to go out and try it. I'll remove the triggers and go from there. Give me a few and I'll report back.
