Most feel the BRZ limited's dual-zone climate controls look best. Feelings are split on whether the faux metal (BRZ) or the faux carbon fibre (FR-S) look better on the dash. Base HU in the FR-S is an abomination. IP: some prefer all-black of Subie, others the white tach of the FR-S.

I'm very surprised on startup the FRS has no gauge sweep vs the BRZ does. I would have thought it was just branding look and color difference but apparently not.

You don't like the fr-s black/white gauge? I feel like having the white makes it look cooler. Anyways, has anyone seen the interior in the dark?

At first I didn't, but after seeing it live I am liking it much better. And seeing the IP lit up at night - it's gorgeous, I much prefer it to the red lighting in the Subie.

As you can see, the Gauges are white, and all the other illumination is Orange (reminds me of a nissan sorta). The white backlight is nice on the gauge..but in partial light situations, that white background on the tach looks a little strange

FR-S all the way overall imo... needs spoiler though and I like the halo LED's on the headlights for the BRZ.

FR-S does have tach sweep. Set your rpm shift light to redline and it will sweep to redline or wherever you set your shift indicator is at startup.
