He is completing his contract with HG, moving into his new suite (next door to me), setting up new business licenses/sellers permit/fire permit/etc for his new shop, finalizing the JEC Reflash Group Buy, attempting to finalize several new products for release, getting caught up on emails and e-tunes, continuing development work on FRS/BRZ tunes and performing at least 6 dyno tunes per week on my dyno (including the "prototype" MAP turbo kit on the FRS this week).

He is alive. He is basically unable to answer the phone during the day (as he is working for HG, final two weeks now). He has a 22 month old son at home (and a wife) who take up what "free" time he has once he gets home (after a typical 12 hour day). He has been working 6 days per week since January. He is behind on the work load. That is why he is separating from HG and now dedicating 100% of his time to his own business (Delicious Tuning). Expect Bill to get 100% caught up in the next few weeks. He will then be 100% focused on product development and tuning. He is also scheduling multiple remote tuning days where he is traveling to other cities/states to perform tunes on other shops dynos (Mann Engineering for one).

Not necessarily an excuse, but an explanation of the current situation. Bill wants nothing more than to take care of his customers. He is diligently progressing towards being able to keep up with the ever increasing demand for his services.

I wish he would have told me that when we spoke on the phone, it makes complete sense but I would have waited to install my turbo kit. I am on the Base tune no revisions and it worries me. (I am very over protective of the car though)

I do wish him the best though but knowing this might have changed my mind on who I went with.

Bills base maps are ultra conservative and should leave the car in a safe condition. Has he had you progress to logging at more than idle/cruise yet?

I will send him a message that you are looking for him.

I did a whole bunch of logs, I thought I pissed him off by sending him so many to be honest. They are of every map he sent (4) and all RPM ranges as well as full pulls.

Because its a rear mount setup I told him I knew we would have a few interesting changes to make most likely.

Thank you for that, I appreciate it and again I hate to bug him but I didn't know any of this until you told me I just felt like something was wrong, I pissed him off or he was ignoring me.

Its rather difficult to upset Bill that much. He is rather easy going. I am by far the "hot head". The entire "move" and going it completely alone (meaning being 100% self employed) has definitely increased his stress level the past 2 weeks.

I am sure your rear mount set up is more time consuming that the standard turbo kits. But, it probably also intrigues him. I sent him a text message. I might not hear back until later this evening but I will make sure he knows your emails are more pressing than "lookie at my log please". Worst case he is here on Thursday/Friday/Saturday this week tuning and I can accost him in person.

Thanks again I appreciate it and hope things calm down for him soon.

No worries Cross, I also paid for a tune a little bit ago and am still waiting. Just trying to be patient, but I am not very good at that

I also try not to be annoying to anyone and I always feel like I am by sending more messages/emails, lol

Looking at logs right now and sending out updates tonight. Also just paid my vendor fees among many other things to catch up on.

Thanks,

Nothing big, I understand being busy, I want the best and I understand usually when your one of the best your also very busy. I just didn't know what was going on.

I sent you two PM's with it, but I also emailed you. Sorry, was sleeping by the time you had reached out.
