They said in the first post it was a matte white. I am in love with it. The engine bay has more room in it then I first thought. Great news! Thank you for the amazing photos!

Perhaps we'll know better as to the FR-S' palette after tonight's reveal event in LA.

Thanks for the link; but I was referring to the BRZ actually. Seeing all of the beautiful/colorful Toyotas is making me want to see the BRZ in more than just blue and white. (even though both are very sexy)

Thanks for pics. Can't wait to know performance numbers and to see diagramm of torque curve. I would also like to know what is under the hood of the BRZ GT300. H6 or Turbo H4?

Waiting just waiting for Nick Senior to give the confirmation for Aus.

If prices are the same for the BRZ and GT86 (prob wont be the case), would go for the BRZ, reason being ive owned many Subarus before and i would love to countinue on with the tradition.

You've definitely taken some awesome pictures but I was wandering if there was a better picture than this? This looks different than the Toyota/Scion version. The middle button/switches in front of the shifter between the heated seats button, is this the snow button? Not saying I would take it in the snow but just wandering?

I'm going to take a punt and say the front ends are interchangeable. Looking at all the paneling points, the lights etc, I believe they will. Should make the mixing and matching interesting!!

Allow me to take this question: the debate of the location of paddle shifter either on the wheel or on the column. The essence of the debate is based on preference. F1 style has it on the wheel, while other sports car have it on the column. Then someone argues that while on the column it is better for him to shift because the paddles do not turn as the wheel turn, while others want to keep it like the F1 style.

Hopefully I summarize it correctly... ;)

Paddles on the wheel suck on anything except open wheelers. The reason is open wheelers lock to lock you can keep your hands in the same place.

Road car like this need the paddles on the column, as your going well past 180 degrees. At times you don't know where the f8 the upshift and downshift have gone as your hands are not on the same place on the wheel when going full lock......

Should be on the column...

Not fully, Jay. If you look at the headlights on both cars, turn signals are inside the headlights for Subie & on the bumper for Toyo ver. You can swap both bumpers... but gotta do some swapping of headlights too ;)
