I would suggest something like this, that could just drop you down into that open top car -

No top. Getting in and out has to be easy!

Thinking about putting a bid on this..

If that's what you want then go for it! It's going to be pricey though. It's already at $30K and four days to go.

Yea, I can have Beck build me one new for less than some people have paid for them on BaT.

My neighbor has a project slash daily BMW 2002 and he let me take a few photos of it the other day to practice with my new camera. Thought a few of you may enjoy it:

The car looks good.

The background (and up ground) is too busy.

The lightning isn't doing your new camera any justice.

(take it from an old photographer - :D)

@spike021 you've been hanging around the Internet clubhouse long enough to know that anytime you post anything you are asking for advice on it from everyone.

Only because you haven't figured out Venmo to extract our $0.05 per session yet....

..

And once you are "one of the group", a bunch of ribbing.

Btw @spike021, where is your neighbor's front bumper?

Sapphireho 05-10-2024 04:29 PM

Man, I've spent about the blue book value of one of my trucks on repairs for it in the last couple weeks. Water pump, thermostat, steering rack, brakes, and every joint, bushing, and every other part of the front suspension. Almost $7k total.

Oh well, I want it to last me 5 more years, and in the last 19 the only things I've done with the suspension is new shocks about 10 years ago. No more clunking when I hit a pothole!
