This is what Marine Traffic has for BALBOA:

EDIT: Sorry, looks like it is some script on the page that changes when you click the link, not the URL. In any case, just click BALBOA on the ship's details, and it brings up Long Beach.

No, but it is right next to Long Beach which hardly seems a coincidence.

Stopped right at Subaru's port facility near Tokyo, headed almost straight for Long Beach which was the original suspected destination. Still looks promising to me.

So if it is going to Long Beach...with her in open water doing 17.3 knots that means 19.89mph and guessing a distance of 5467 mile between ports. We are looking at 283.91 hours of travel or almost 12 days. We are closing in on the BRZ getting to American soil.

There's for sure a ship with BRZ's and FR-S's going to Long Beach which should be here in 12 - 15 days, we just don't know 100% for sure if it's the Altair Leader or not :)

This thread is seriously getting to the next level!

Now if we could just apply all this intelligence when talking about performance modifications, we might do alright!

Doesn't affect me anyways. I need the ship going to the east coast port...

Well it's starting to sound like Altair Leader is heading your way since it appears that it's going to the Panama Canal, so it definitely applies to you. :) As for the west coasters, it's a matter of if it's going to make a pit stop on the way or if some other ship is taking care of us.

So anyone know this particular boat's capacity? 6000 or so?

ETA is May 15th.

Yah, if we go by what my dealer guy said last week (in about 3 weeks or so), then mid-May seems acceptable haha. It's coming by so fast!

According to this separate site's forum thread, http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=599901, Altair Leader has delivered cars to Long Beach in the past.

EDIT: Also, the Panama Canal... Intriguing.
