The newest ROM for a 2013 Auto from USA would be the ZA1JA02G?

I'm worried about the DI and want to update my new car to the newest version. Previous owner never went to the dealership for any kind of work. When I asked the dealer now to upgrade it's an hour of labor plus parts ($150)...

Thanks

Haha there is no parts for ecu rom reflash takes 5 minutes

A02G is manual european\australian rom

For a 2013 USA auto you want a ZA1JB01D for latest rom with di seal transient retard fix.

If you buy tactrix you might as well flash a tuned rom :-)

Hi Steve99

Still loving the flash you did for me, will be upgrading my header for a stage 2 tune and give it more power.

Will give you bell when the bank account hasn't taken a beating since the header is 530 AUD and then got to go to a DIY Garage and install it myself. Looking forward to making a tit of my self under my engine of my Toyota 86 GT this month.

Can you not read it and send it in to them? TBH I bet there's little difference between that and the K00G.

Steve sent me a Q00G stock to me
i m watching at it, it s quite a few changes actually

for now.i found that in Q00G
-they made Calculated engine load.compensation #1 bigger again and with different values , mostly under 0.4bar of MAP, i guess for idle stability
-also changed the GDI fire angle tables: around idle now is 290, and they raised to 330-340 in high load to 4800, instead of the 300 of K00G roms
-desired overrun maf #1 #3 look in opposite order than K00G
-DI maximum quantity, they raised to 1.2ML at 2000rpm instead of 0.9ML
-they changed the Front lambda scaling to the same as K00C, now it reached 0.69 lambda instead of 0.828lambda
-they changed quite a lot PI/DI ratio tables, rising PI use quite a lot
-changed Primary open loop table, look similar to K00C, leaner until 4400 rpm, and progressively going richer untill 7400
-changed Fuel map compensation for when AM is lower than 1, made it quite richer
-changed the two IDle stability control #1 #2 maps, more similar to stock K00C
-maf correction after start tables are now bigger and with slighty different values for all rows
-throttle delta fuel comp delta and thresholds are not good defined by ecutek I think

A lot of changes for same MY car!

tomm.brz 11-20-2018 02:58 AM

They look to me all positive changes to a calid (k00g) that sucks a lot overall :)

steve99 11-20-2018 03:06 AM

Might be mostly emmissions related.

Do the Q00G cars get the red manifold and better header yet in europe ?

tomm.brz 11-20-2018 03:11 AM

No, still old logic and old hardware
Now i ask the people with q00G i know, if they are still "Euro 6b" on the car's paper like the my17, for emissions, or they have the newer Euro 6C/6D

tomm.brz 11-20-2018 05:00 AM

Oh they changed also cam timing
from 6400 to red line, exhaust cams stay at 20 instead reducing to 0
From 6000 to red line, intake cams have +10

Closed loop min temp is now -40C instead of -12C, as steve said I guess for emissions
Delayed open loop fuel Load Threshold #1 has lower thresholds, around -20% overall

Quote from the latest Subaru Drive magazine:

"Der Subaru BRZ ist eine ausgewiesene Spaßmaschine und erfüllt mit dem Modelljahr 2019 die Abgasnorm Euro 6d-TEMP."

"The Subaru BRZ is a designated fun car and meets with the 2019 model year the Euro 6d-TEMP emissions."
