Thank you very much for this DIY. I'm new to this forum as well as to the FRS world. I have a question. Is there an alternative wire that will give constant power to the DRL other than the white one in the glove box? Reaching there through the firewall is really painful.

If you plan to go through the firewall, a quick tip for you is to tape the wire to the screwdriver and push the screwdriver through.

If you plan to do the signal wire, splice into the green wire if you want it on when you turn on parking lights. Tap into the pink wire if you want your drls to blink with the signals...

Hey guys I'm trying to install these on my car and I have a few questions.

1) I want to connect them to where they turn on when my parking lights are on. Which wire do I need to tap into? Where is it located, whats it look like and what color is it?

2) Where is the power wire for the headlights that you connect the blue wire to so they become less bright with the headlights on? (color, location)

Still trying to figure out which is the power wire for the low beams that i tap the blue wire to... I have a 10 series btw with the stock hid lights

The big fat red wire on the right with the brown rubber plug/gasket.
