Back on topic...oh wait nevermind it's no use because this one has morphed into another trunk/hatch topic.

Carry on

That is the main goal with motorcycle manufactures; develop a motorcycle capable of winning championships. Last season is yesterday's technology.

Cars are cool n all but nothing beats riding a motorcycle! :thanks:

Listen to this baby sing! Slip on and older 10R ECU=170hp to 188hp!

Back on topic, we know that this car that was racing is a trunk and C&D article mentioned it was a notchback. Maybe they'll offer a hatch in the future. That would be cool

No way!!! ;) :bellyroll:

Yeah they offered both but the more popular version was the fastback! Even the GTV was a fastback. Regardless of the added weight and less rigid frame, fastbacks/hatches just look better!

Why are we discussing motorcycles?

No idea what they are but some sponsors are paying for space on the car, nothing else. (In general I mean, I have no idea what deals GR made with the companies who have logos/names on the car)

madfast 10-24-2011 07:40 PM

i doubt it has H&R suspension. there are ATS stickers everywhere and yet the car has BBS wheels so... yeah, sponsor stickers...

PS: i think the car would look sick with ATS WTCC wheels

Can anybody estimate toe in/toe out...and chamber angles?

Matador 10-25-2011 07:59 AM

Everybody has to wear H&R stickers, they are one of the sponsors of the series. Even the LFA wears H&R stickers @ the nurburgring.

this vid is like seeing the ultrasound of your unborn child.
AWESOME.

Its just crazy that toyota has been "pregnant" with this thing for what, 6 years now? or longer?
I cant wait for the water to break, aka, tokyo motor show!!!

I don't want to quote the long chain of pics, but in the last one you can see how the front fender meets the A pillar, and it looks all wonky, the lines don't match up at all. I hope this is an indication that there is still a bunch of padding on this car.
