Have to say. It is not the mustang that Annoy you. It is just that

Mustang outnumber FRS and BRZ. I normally see 1 of you and 10 mustangs daily!
Mustang has a long history, and generations.
Mustang is cheap to buy, cheaper to mods.
Mustang is a monster if built right.
Mustang 2010 + look much better, corner better.

Finally. It is the driver that Annoy you. Mostly, older Mustang can be bought dirt cheap, and parents buy those for their youngster in HS.

So...your problem = younger drivers. You will most likely engage Civic SI the same way on the street, and 95% = younger drivers

True Mustang/sport car enthusiast, grown up driver, respect each other on the road, having passion for each other car. They are neither cocky, nor annoy others

Surprised you didn't in the ITR. I did in both of my ITRs but not yet in the BRZ. Hopefully it continues that way as I'm getting too old for the BS. I just want to drive... and turn.

I know a fat chick who can roller skate remarkably well. She also drives a V6 Mustang convertible. Ironic, no?

If God made the LS, then the devil made the 2J. The 2J also sounds like pure sin too....and I love it. This message has been blessed for the nourishment of your bodies....Amen.

Haha I still think if I do go FI, I will prbably drop a 2jz in. I just wish it was a little lighter

It's seems like these people have something to prove..... I guess wasting gas or getting pulled over is worth it to them to prove something.

Please keep in mind, there's more to life than 0 to 60. But if it makes you happy to race a car that is completely out of your class, feel free to stomp away. I enjoy the sound of a good exhaust note.

Maybe they just want to have some fun? lol... I have done this before to other people mainly because I want to hear their exhaust lol, not intending to beat them or anything. All you can really assume is that they're car enthusiasts and interested in your car or maybe even see you as a threat because of how many awards theses cars are getting. Either way I wouldn't look at it negatively..

TRD-X 05-17-2013 02:03 PM

Well this guy can't race anyone......

Yeah Im still very tempted to put a 2J in mine. It is heavy but that thing is a monster and 3000 lbs and 1000 hp would pretty much beat everything at racewars...except Tran and his honda 2000, but hes got more than 100 grand in that thing, haha.
Ive got a 94 USDM TT MK4 with a Borg Warner 66 on it at, and my roommate has a 95 TT with a precision 67, so we will just build those up and get them ready for TX2k. I plan on building the FA up to handle more boost and see where that gets me, but if its not enough then I will make the swap.

Just so Im not considered a thread jacker.....I did actually get a chance to run a 2010 GT(4.6) with exhaust and 3.73 gears....I pulled a car on him :). Spinning aint winning.

the length is a similar kind of concept. the farther the wheels are apart, the longer you have as a driver to react as the rear wheels try to get ahead of the fronts.

i dont want to put a definitive threshold on "highspeed" but look at it as a continuum. as speeds increase, the time you have to react decreases. i would guess the smallest wheelbase a person can manage would be the fastest but at some point the instability will have more and more downsides. just look at the worlds fastest production cars. in the top ten, i would imagine that 4/5 are massive with gigantic wheelbases (think ford gt, pagani zonda ect.)

i should also note that these are just assumptions on my part.

Your wheelbase theory just makes me wanna :bonk:
So based on your analogy, you are saying, at high speed, FRZ/BRZ will tip over and start rolling? No there is so much more than that to high speed dynamics of a vehicle. FRS/BRZ has a very low center of gravity, and the car itself has a very low profile - on top of that, it has a very good weight distribution. That's what makes this car so much fun to drive.

Your second point I don't even comprehend what you are trying to say. :bonk::bonk:

Your third point is just :mad0259::mad0259::mad0259::bonk::bonk::bonk:
