Complete opposite in my house. She gets the couch and 65" tv for Grey's Anatomy, the Voice and a dozen other crap shows and I get the desk. It is in the living room though and also where I build models so I can be on here, waiting for paint/glue to dry, playing a game and watching a movie all at once.

Or you could do like me. MBPr for portability/work/photo editing and a PC desktop for gaming and everything else.

I converted from PC gaming to Console around the mid-life of the Xbox 360. But Fallout 4 is the one that will undoubtedly bring me back to PC. Thank god my new build is coming along fantastically. It's a huge waste, and complete overkill, but I love it as though it were my child. Just need to do the watercooling loops.

A bit of both! I'm a pretty heavy user with Solidworks and Keyshot rendering and the like. But I'm not ruling interstellar travel out!

I also have emulators (MAME/N64/Atari 2600/Nintendo) on my PC. At one point I had the full collection for ROMs for MAME but lost interest when the ROMs hit the point where the arcade games were more recent muh ones.

See this is all Greek to me. That's okay though, it's not the console gamers that will get blamed when the REAL Fallout 4 happens. It will be the PC bubbas. Why? Because Skynet will become self-aware and when it happens we'll know who to thank.
