Well, i'm officaly OUT of the runing for the FR-S, i've turned down 3 Cars now, and i'm in the process of getting my $500 back.

I'm still on the list for my WRB, BRZ...which i'm told frequently since early may...is coming "soon"...There's 3 other WRB BRZ's in this area that i know have been delivered to customers...I had a deposit down before anyone...so a little cheezed about that.

I'm honestly Losing more interest in this car as each day passes =(. My 2nd lengthy test drive i had with the FRS a week ago left me feeling a little let down. I won't go into too much detail, wrong forum for that..lol;)

Plan 1- Keep the WRX, till next year, see what the NEXT Gen STI/WRX is, and hopefully hear some conrete news about an STI BRZ.

Plan 2- There's 2 Cars i've Always wanted. I'm looking for a MK4 (93-96) Toyota Supra. I'd likely have to look in the US for a LHD one. The other is the Lexus IS-F (seriously love em).

Plan 3- See my BRZ when it comes in, and fall in love?..

At this point..it's probably 25/75..75 being me NOT getting it..:thumbdown:

Haha Indeed I am. She is now officially broken in now 12 days which longer than I thought it would be haha it feels soo nice to be able to rev pass 4k!!! Thats when the fun beings. Oh and yeah they ordered me new lights just don't have any in stock anywhere right now. I talked with the service guy letting him know there a recall for these lights already as well as we both agreed that there was nothing physical done to the lights so they will cover it.

Oh, you were closeby? In the car? Didn't see anyone. I was getting Pho and then noticed your car the last minute and looked at my rear view mirror to double check it was an FRS. Then coming back from Pho, I had a longer look from the other side, haha.

Other people had issue with the lights as well? FRS only or BRZ as well? Any close by shots of the taillights? Vinyl I suppose?

The WRB BRZ's that were delivered, they weren't from your dealer I hope. If so, I hope you have a serious talk with them.

It's just the first go around for the BRZ and FR-S. They are only going to get better with time (hopefully) so it is something you can always revisit in the future if the car now doesn't seem the right fit for you.

Time is dwindling for an MK4 Supra though.

Since the BRZ and the FR-S are built in the same assembly plant, very likely will they both have the same issue if you are unlucky.

Saw your car outside Silver Tower in Richmond earlier tonight. Looking good, first time I've seen the FRS so close in person. I saw you changed up the brake calipers to STI ones?

Spotted Ultramarine FRS driving west on Marine around Kerr roughly 630pm I shouted Ben but was wrong. No chance of spotting me as car is at the dealers and I got myself a very basic Corolla :(
