Escalaing a Paypal dispute was the only way to get my replacement part sent.

$300 taken from me for tail light purchase in mid January. Got them defective and sent them back and it is May 1st. $300 gone. Good thing he lives in Nevada or I'd have a few words with him. Not a fan of thieves.

They're probably discussing with themselves and with the admins just exactly how to address this. It's one thing to casually ban a normal user for bad behavior; it's entirely different to do that to a paying vendor. So they need to make sure they make all the right moves the first time, instead of choosing wrong and then having to clean up after yourself.

Did you file a Paypal dispute? That's how I got him to do something - if not, they should refund.

@Diode Dynamics is another good vendor for your LEDs as well. I have a good experience with them.

I bought Buddy Clubs from him last year. Paid for the preorder and never got anything from him about it, and when I paid outright for the tails (full price), he claimed he could only give me a $200 credit to my "account" rather than refunding me the $200 I'd already prepaid. Not a pleased customer either.
