Believe me I am still very much entranced by the Series.Blue. I think it looks so nice. Like I said, WRB cannot be beat in my humble opinion. and to get even the tangible pieces (STI start button, STI aero kit, STI wheels, etc.) is over 3000 dollars so by the time you psuedo dress up the Hyperblue it becomes quite expensive. As an aside, I will tell you what though, as much as I love WRB, and HyperBlue is nice, the RS 2.0 Lunar Storm (AKA Desert Khaki on Crosstek), is superbly stunning. I saw it yesterday at a Scion Dealer and was amazed! It is like no other color. It is darker than sand yet lighter than a mocha. Plus, the camel interior just adds an exquisite level of class to the interior. It makes it look like a man's sports car as opposed to many of the more colorful options that leave it looking like a boys race car.

would love to have your input as well. I'm actually interested in hearing more. What exactly do you mean spot on? Just the interior? It's interesting because I fell in love with the Series.Blue interior. The blue seat bolsters, the steering wheel blue leather, it spoke to me. As a matter of fact I thought the HyperBlue was rather bare bones... that is until I saw one up close. I have never personally seen a Series.Blue in person. How is the heavy blue interior. Does it ever become overwhelming? Any particular thoughts on it? I thought I wouldn't care for the minimalist look of the HyperBlue interior but frankly I have come to love it. The hyperblue stitching is an almost spot on match and that makes a huge difference! Not to mention, too much of that color on the inside would be overwhelming imo. Does the blue inside coexist well with the WRB on the outside of the Series.Blue. It may sound silly but I think the connection of color match in the Hyper.Blue makes a big impact.

I would say to some the series blue interior could be a bit much. I've done my own little things here and there to make it look even better IMO, but hyperblue interior looks more modern IMO.

hyperblue is a great deal if you can find one new because the price difference to a limited trim is so minimal. If you're going used though, get a series blue. They're pretty cheap these days and the extras are worth it. I believe the series blue will be much more rare in a few years since they're the most sought after colors of these cars (white and WRB)

Sorry we got off track with the series blue everyone...

So who's trading in for the new one? I'd say if I had a 2013 premium trim and I could afford it, I'd be trading it in (granted I was stock. I can't see myself trading my car in now after all the mods I've done to the car :P)

What mods have you done? Last comment about series.blue I swear I wasn't trying to hijack this thread.

What was everyone's thoughts on the new screen in the cluster. Also, just a random guess but I have to assume the new bumper will mean either no DRL's or DRL's that are a vertical strip to the left of the fang and fog lights inside to the right of the fang. Probably wrong though.

Well, i think the screen in the gauge cluster area will help modernize the car and it will be cool to see what kind of features it ends up with. Maybe the car will finally get some sort of parking sensors.

The new screen in the cluster makes no difference to me personally. Info screen? Door ajar, mpg, estimated miles left in tank, etc

I sort of doubt parking sensors seeing that I think it would increase the cost it further. Also I see no sensor positions placed in the rear bumper.

Just a thought, maybe they will make a third trim level.

Multiple trims possibly, although for some reason I see Toyota doing more of that than Subaru. But hey, who knows? Well find out soon enough.

If only the BRZ came in orange...

Nah.

Already looking forward to something more... luxurious. And orange still.

I'll keep the FRS as my "Camry" car.

Well, toyota doesnt have multiple trim levels other than the RS. Subaru at least has premium and limited.

Well there is my front bumper replacement (mine is in horrible shape). I'll have to figure out exactly what parts to do the swap, although the lack of a DRL will be an issue.
