heheh i havnt forgotten, just been busy :(
Ok, so it turns out companies dont bother with someone only wanting to produce 250 pieces... They also dont bother with a "no sorry, we wont bother with such a small order" email. They just ignore :\ I have found a local company (sydney) that cast in white brass, and will be casting this week for me, and then moulding for replica's. I have taken on board all advise and decided it would be easier to have a mirrored 86 emblem (front and back) I have also brought the size down to 3cm in diameter (1.2in) as i have had mine on my keyring and it feels a little to large for my liking, and also keeps the weight & cost down. the price of these things im not sure of yet as i havnt been invoiced for work being done yet, but it will be within what most of you had thought. around the $40-$50 mark. inc. postage. But not set in stone yet. Cheers |
I'm in.

Very nicely done.
My only problem is that metal key rings like that scratch cars. Take that metal emblem and attach it to a top grain leather fob (such things were commonplace in the '60s-'70s) and you'll have my attention |
in on one

Yes, 86 both sides
how about pewter? |
I'm so in. I actually would most like the 86 on one side and the Toyota T on the other. Though, as no one else has said that I think I'm alone.

I want one, I'd even be happy to stump up for a sterling silver one.

Just picked up an FT86 and would be happy to stump up for a couple of sterling silver keyrings. From Sydney as well.
