I work in construction safety and have access to a dosimeter. I plan to start recording sound levels of twins with different exhaust set ups. Using the same device with the same testing metrics would lead to good comparison results.

Someday soon I will start this with the Norcal crew.

This would be very much appreciated if you did. A lot of people could benefit from this. Knowing what to buy when you want a loud setup, soft setup, or somewhere in between could really help save people money and frustrations from buying/installing and getting unwanted results.

Considering that the mid pipe has been said to not make a difference if any, in terms of HP or loudness of exhaust, I figured I just leave that stock.

Here's a clip of stock headers/stock op/catless fp(tanabe)/stock mp/greddy sp elite axleback. I'm actually going to run the exact same setup after I find the time to install my front pipe.

The difference is rasp.

ah, yeah a resonator would have killed the rasp, I'm completely catless with a resonated ark front pipe and the resonated perrin and i have very little rasp except on cold starts and right around 6k rpm. but i can only hear it if driving next to another car or a wall. otherwise 0 raps gets into the cabin.

I actually thought catless sounded great from inside the cabin. It was only from the video and from having someone else drive my car around that I heard the rasp T__T
