It is sad that due to the date change, several people are unable to make it. However on the same note a few more have made the commitment to show as well.

So far, we are well on the way of meeting our goal at 50 if the numbers keep increasing as people check their schedules.

I'm in no matter what!!! :)

So assuming I counted right, since half of you liked and half commented with a mix that did BOTH lol, combined with Facebook we've already reached approximately 42 people that are absolutely attending. Better keep adding, no flakes! Considering this hasn't been posted up long we have an amazing amount of people already so it can only get BIGGER and BETTER!!! Keep thanking the original post, it's a bit more helpful than just commenting so we can get a more accurate head count, mostly for the sake of curiosity. Comments are welcomed too though, we like enthusiasm :]

This shits going down regardless guys!

I think you called the dealership and had them move it in an attempt to find a favorable date for your OR group to outnumber the WA contingent...

***UPDATE***April 08, 2015***

AWESOME NEWS! Got a call from the Toyota Management today. SCION Corporation wants to go big with OUR 86 meet. They are excited and pumped and investing a lot of time, effort and resources to making this big. So what does that mean for the 86 community?

Currently we are getting shirts designed and specifically made for the Drivers that will be meeting up and coming out to the pre-meet. I will be working with them on getting a design that hopefully everyone will be proud to show off and wear!

SCION RACING DEVELOPMENT will be bringing their trailer with cars that have been shown at SEMA.

2 SCION RACING Drivers are currently in the works of coming and signing autographs at this event, one of them is possibly female driver Michele Abbate.

A couple of old school Car show quality AE86's will be there to represent the history.

The possibility of an area being sectioned off for a burn-out contest is also on the table.

If you have not made the commitment yet, I highly suggest you do. You will walk away from this with a smile.

This is just a tip of the Ice berg. I will be having another meeting with Toyota tomorrow to talk more details. More to come!

Man! Super stoked! I was just excited about being able to gather somewhere without the fuzz breathing down our necks.

BIG THANKS TO BOB @Drift-Office for putting it on their event page and spreading the word!

Ha, so what's the plan for everybody after 4? You think we'll be sick of each other yet?

#944_10_Series_FRS 04-08-2015 11:58 PM

I stopped by at the meet on April 5th a little early (5:30pm) because I saw Dion's message and thought he arrived. I showed up and there were no one yet. I went home, plan to come back later. Forsome reasons I got hit with abdominal pain. Checked into ER and got out few hours later. Still recovery from that paint with antibiotic.

Anyway, long story short. Iam sure will attend this coming meet. :-)

Can we get Subaru in on this too or is that not kosher? I got both of my BRZs in Olympia and they have a few decent salesmen who know the car compared to most who treat it like a leper

But I will DEFINITELY be there with bells on.

Subaru BRZs are especially welcome! At this point the focus will be specifically on the FRS/BRZ platform. This event will be big and we will be filling the majority of the lot with the FRS/BRZ.

Other imports are welcomed to join, but Forum members here will get priority, and other cars can park near the event. If something changes I will update accordingly.
