I bring 3, 5 gallon cans with me, my station is 10 miles away.

That's a shame, but good luck just the same.

Yeah, I'll probably do this pretty often since the gas station is not too far off my route to and from work. It would make a lot more sense than to just drive the FR-S there and back. But the drive there is a decent one if I take the back way. Otherwise it's all interstate.

Haha I am kidding, of course. I was already decided on the FA20 Club kit if I ever get one, before this thread.

Here's my setup from Perrin no cutting, no unclamping. Plug n play. Leak proof double o ring seals, ez to return to stock in a few seconds. I could have opted for an an6 fuel sensor adapter rather than clamps but with two oetiker on each barb I feel good about it going to the track in 100f+

Anthony 08-26-2013 09:27 AM

Oetiker? That photo is microscopic.

Kaboom! Game set and matched to the moderator. Your move, chief. :D

I think what we're all trying to say is jump on it. I realize E85's octane rating and charge cooling are vastly more beneficial once you're FI, but this is a noticeable bump in power and enjoyment on my car and I'm more or less stock. A proper tune from FA20Club and the car will feel like a completely different beast for you. It's a healthy chunk of money when comparing to other platforms, but I've YET to hear anyone disappointed with the results. If you jump on it, let us know your impressions :)

I was kidding. I'm not a bro, I swear.

I look forward to open source tuning.

Anthony 08-28-2013 12:24 PM

Well... I was finally able to get in touch with the gas station, and apparently they don't carry it. So disappointed.

Nightbringer 08-28-2013 01:27 PM

Condolences. :( It's great stuff and seems to be catching on. We have several new stations carrying it here, so maybe they'll eventually get one in by you.

Anthony 08-28-2013 02:04 PM

Pft, probably not any time soon.

Haha definitely feel your pain. Last roadtrip I had down south was in a supercharged car. I didn't realize there wasn't anything higher than 91 octane in a handful of states. Had to cut the belt off the supercharger as I didn't bring any tools/pulleys/etc. Good times. Love the south haha
