Doesn't hurt to at least have a ziptie.

could this be the problem?

it says that it can be a vacuum leak

The side that goes to the WG Actuator is often times left with nothing so that you can manipulate it. (I am running mine with nothing on it). Te Perrin MBC has a lip to hold the hose in place. You can always zip tie it and cut the tie everytime you want to manipulate it.

does anyone have an idea of how much a shop will charge to replace the injector seals? and also i think that my obd2 ports is not working. its hard to get a connection when trying to onntect to ecutek or any obd scanner

Its intersting that this started coming up with a few people at this time, I dont remember reading about this issue last year and quite a few people started boosting in august-november.

My mechanics (JMR Garage) said $500-$600 in labor to replace the direct injection o-rings.

we all have the same kit. had u guys had this problem

I had the fuel pump O ring issue, but I have NEVER had a CEL or misfire/lean condition that you are mentioning. I have nearly 8,000 miles on my kit.

I am assuming @Visconti has an EcuTek log that is showing that the direct injectors are the problem and not the port injectors on bank 1. The OBD2 port mount is pretty flimsy, so it might just be bending when you are trying to connect it. Look under the dash and make sure it looks okay visually, and I like to hold the bracket when I plug in my EcuTek cable to keep from bending the bracket.
