White plasti-dip + plasti-dip pearlizer = about 90% color match to Whiteout. I'm still trying to get it perfect with different primer colors, number of coats, etc. Easy fix to an otherwise very hard color to match at a paint shop.

One advantage of black or DGM is that stone chips that go through to the dark plastic of the front lip/bumper don't show as much. They show up really bad on SWP.

I have Ultramarine and it is almost as hard to maintain as black. It is worth it though...cleaned up and waxed, it is tough to beat.

This is a long lived falacy. Back before the crust of the earth cooled (1957) I was a LEO for seven years in the suburbs of Detroit. I can truthfully tell you that the color of the car has nothing to do with traffic stops. However, my saying this won't stop people from thinking it, probably till the end of time.

Having owned virtually every color of vehicle(I've been buying cars since 1968), I would have to say that Silver is he easiest to maintain and shows the blemishes least. Plus a clean and polished silver car is hard to beat in the sun.

Had the Nautical Blue Metallic on my tC1 (basically same color). The car got dirty SO damn quickly, but there was NOTHING that looked sexier when it was wet :drool:

There is no bad color for the FR-S/BRZ.

Galaxy Blue/Ultramarine is the classiest color. Ron Burgundy agrees!

Science backs you up - I have seen data from insurance companies showing there are absolutely no significant differences in speeding infraction rates for different vehicle colors.

Red colours look great under virtually any lighting.
I had a red MkIV (Jetta - not a Supra.... alas), and it looked good under any situation.
That being said, when it's dirty, you'll know (and so will everyone else).

Truth! My wife use to have a Toyota Yaris S Sedan that was silver. Hadn't washed it in months. Finally decided to wash it, even though it didn't look that dirty. I kid you not, when we started soaking the car, the water running off of it was brownish :lol:
